Belgian Kimberley Vlaeminck, 18, made a phone call at her home in Kortrijk, Belgium, Wednesday. Ms. Vlaeminck said she had gone to the tattoo parlor in the western town of Courtrai and asked for three small stars on her face but fell asleep and woke up sporting 56 black stars of various sizes. She said Tuesday she would sue the parlor.
