What is Advertising 2.0?
Technology changes how consumers access information and the kinds of information they pursue. Traditional venues for marketing are shifting. Some more quickly than others.
The traditional advertising approach needs to keep pace with these changes. Advertising 2.0 represents all the new ways that marketing needs to be done in a Web 2.0 world. Such activities include; search engine optimization, link campaigns, search engine marketing, blogging, blog ads, blog posting, social networking (like on this site), RSS feeds, building buzz, online PR, viral marketing and many new means enabled by how culture is using the web.
