Dec 03, 2007
This last december was a bit odd, I was robbed, they took my laptop and 2 iPods, I had all my backups and all my clients jobs in those, for sure one of the most delicate situations in my life, I didn’t know what to do. So I decided to start a blog and save some of the jobs I done and share them with everyone. This would allow me to promote myself too.
In these last 12 months I’ve seen lots of really good designs, they have inspired me and helped me to get over this unfortunate incident. The outcome of that made me think and focus so to celebrate this past year and to welcome the next I decided to post ( in my opinion) 2007 ´s best designs. Enjoy!

Exploring Tunisia with Charles-Etienne Pascal

Facet - Daily Image project by Justin Maller
Our friend Justin Maller started a really cool project this year, it's called Facet and it's quite a challenge because it's a daily image project. Justin will create a piece a day for 365 days. He has put together 25 already and as you can see in this post, they are simply awesome. FACET was born out of a desire to just play and experiment as I did when I first started making art.
Anaglyph 3D Inspiration by Mark Ramsey
Anaglyph 3D is the name given to the stereoscopic 3D effect achieved by means of encoding each eye's image using filters of different (usually chromatically opposite) colors, typically red and cyan. Anaglyph 3D images contain two differently filtered colored images, one for each eye. When viewed through the "color-coded" "anaglyph glasses", each of the two images reaches one eye, revealing an integrated stereoscopic image. The visual cortex of the brain fuses this into perception of a three dimensional scene or composition.
Mid-Century Modern Illustration Style
Today we bring you a smattering of inspiring illustrations from ads from the 50s, also known as the mid-century modern era in architecture and design. I'm a huge fan of this particular style. The house I grew up in was from this period so perhaps that is where my obsession began.

Ryan CAbduzeedo is a blog about the world of design, how I was abducted by the elements that are in it, and some of the experiments that I have done or seen along the way. So it's all about web design, graphic design and stuff like that
