You know we have had urban development companies, we’ve had rural development companies and now we are going to have city development companies and that will be the right of local authorities to set up city development companies to drive forward the economy and to drive forward enterprise in their areas. Of course they will have a large amount of freedom to decide what it is they would want to focus on. So a Newcastle city development company could focus massively on science as part of the science city stuff or they could focus massively on enterprise and really play into an enterprise agency agenda and that will be determined locally, not by central government.
