27-03-2008: In between all the rumours LG also launches two devices for real this week, namely the LG KP220 and the LG KP320. The device are made for the start section of the market.

LG regularly is in the news lately due to her rumours and possible new devices. Today, the Korean manufacturer really launches two devices: the LG KP220 and the LG KP320 for the start section of the market.
LG KP220
The LG KP220 is a candybar that is easy to use, something that is very important for the device of the start section. The LG KP220 offers nice functions for a start device and actually has everything the starting mobile caller needs. The LG KP220 has a nice 1.3 megapixel camera with which the user can make as much photos as he wants. The device namely has quite a good amount of memory, namely 60 MB. If this is not enough the user can expand this with MicroSD and TransFlash memorycards.
LG KP220
A special quick key underneath the 262.000 colours display indicates that the device has a musicplayer. Furthermore, a stereo FM radui is also on board, for which a stereo headset comes as a standard. Bluetooth support is also present in order to send music, photos and other files. LG KP320
The LG KP320 is, as mentioned earlier, placed in the start section of the market. The candybar offers good functions for the middle section and that is why it is placed at the end of this section. First of all the camera, something that is important for many consumers nowadays. The LG KP320 has a 3 megapixel camera with autofocus and the possibility to record video fragments. When you made a photo it is possible to connect the candybar to the television because it offers a TV-out function. Due to this it is even easier to show your photos and videos to your friends.
LG KP320
The LG KP320 also has a musicplayer and a stereo FM radio. The memory is 80 MB and it is expandable up to four gigabyte with MicroSD and TransFlash memorycards. Availability
The LG KP220 and the LG KP320 will probably reach the shops at the third quarter. The exact salesprices of the device are not available but it is likely that the LG KP220 will be sold in the shape of a prepaid package.
